Subconsciously, I've been wanting to experiment more with different foods and recipes and ingredients. Then my landlords/friends who let me rent their cottage went vegan. Cold turkey. Actually, cold tofu. Tomorrow is my small groups' Christmas party and I'm hosing. Luckily, there is a vegetarian in the mix (I like to call her a kindatarian because she cheats and craves meat) but none the less, a great reason to get creative. This might be my new favorite dish that will be made over and over again. Quiona stuffed bell peppers, my family better get ready to try these over Christmas.
